The summer wedding season ended in true style on Friday 4th September! Twirly Ps were lucky enough to be invited to share the beautiful wedding of Eleanor & Ben!
The day began with guests gathering in Oswestry where we were greeted by the handsome groom dressed in a dapper tweed waistcoat and were ushered on to a fabulous vintage bus. Promptly, we were transported to the most magnificent of venues, a beautiful waterfall in Wales named Pistyll Rhaeadr! (http://www.pistyllrhaeadr.co.uk/)
Beneath the waterfall lay a stunning private pathway leading to a quaint little wooden house, perfect for an intimate ceremony! The area was dressed with windmills and bunting, with a yellow sunflower colour theme!
In the open beautiful surroundings we eagerly awaited our first glimpse of the bride and wow did she not disappoint when she arrived! Dressed in an ankle length vintage champagne lace gown, Eleanor arrived an absolute vision! Complete with Vivienne Westwood shoes! FANTASTIC!!
Guests gathered for the emotional ceremony, complete with a beautiful reading from the grooms sister Steph.
Following the nuptials, guests jumped aboard the vintage buses back for champagne and cakes at the gorgeous Green Inn (http://www.greeninn.co.uk/) – the weather was bright and beautiful as we enjoyed drinks and photos in the picturesque setting!
The day continued with an amazing meal at the magnificent Townhouse – Oswestry restaurant (http://www.townhouseoswestry.com/) where guests dined on Pork Belly! Devine! …oh, but that was after a cheeky pub crawl via the Wetherspoons! What a fabulous personal touch! It was fun fun fun!!
The evening continued with dancing and drinking!!
It was definitely our favourite wedding of the year!!!
CONGRATULATIONS MR & MRS CARTER-HOWARD!!
